The Silver City Woman’s Club is seeking for donations of propagandize reserve or supports to buy them for their fourth annual School Supply Drive on Jul 29.
“We need propagandize supplies, or even cash. Whatever people can offer,” pronounced Vera MacGregor, village overdo chair for a Woman’s Club. “Today, propagandize reserve are expensive. It is formidable for relatives to afford.”
The bar will take donations of pencils, pens, crayons, loose-leaf paper, burst drives, calculators and more. Supplies can be forsaken off from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays during a Woman’s Club, 411 Silver Heights Blvd., or during a club’s subsequent assembly during 10:30 a.m. Friday. “We have collected in other years, though this year is a small slow,” pronounced MacGregor, who has been with a bar for 10 years. “The some-more we get a some-more we have to give away. A lot of families can use a help.”
The Woman’s Club is a nonprofit classification and their goal is to offer a internal community. They have supposing conference and prophesy tests for children any fall, comparison and child showers, and scholarships for Western New Mexico University students.
“If somebody comes with a need, we can help,” pronounced Theresa Murphy, a member of a bar for 3 years. “We can assistance with other organizations, and also give them money. We are always looking for new members.”
