A House subcommittee Tuesday tabled a check to yield a $100 annual document to low-income families to compensate for propagandize reserve and clothing, though a thought might still have a possibility of passing.

The check (SB1421) by state Sen. Chuck Colgan, D-Prince William, would have combined a Back-to-School Supplies and Clothing Allowance Program, providing $100 for each school-age child whose family is authorised for food stamps.

But a bid isn’t passed yet. It’s also enclosed in a Senate’s chronicle of a check and so still has a possibility of passing, Colgan said.

The Senate has due $3.5 million for a program, saved by sovereign food stamp grants.

The House’s chronicle wanting appropriation for a program, that also was due in a check amendment by Del. Scott Lingamfelter, R-Prince William, according to members of a House’s Appropriations Health and Human Resources Subcommittee. The subcommittee voted down Colgan’s check Tuesday though pronounced it will be reconsidered with check negotiations.
