SAN ANTONIO, Texas — A clergyman brought to tears by a stranger’s munificence hopes a certain impulse will inspire others to speak some-more about teachers and preparation in a United States.
Sabrina Drude, who teaches 7th class science, was during Walmart shopping notebooks for her students when a male in line behind her astounded her by profitable a $97 total.
KENS-TV spoke with a poser good Samaritan, identified as Lester Brown, after viewers learned who he was on amicable media.
“I paid it and afterwards she started to cry,” Brown remembered. “And afterwards she was going to make me cry, so we looked away.”
Brown, a father of five, works as a priest and a re-entry dilettante during a Texas Juvenile Justice Department.
“I remember we had this hundred-dollar check with a goal of responding to something in need, and God pronounced to respond,” Brown said. “You wish people to live better, adore thy neighbor. Love thy neighbor means do your part.”
Drude says she has stayed in hold with Brown after their astonishing assembly during Wal-Mart.
“I would adore for some-more people to be shabby by (the story),” Drude said. (It) has started some good conversations about teachers and education.”
