St. Irenaeus parishioners fill 80 boxes with propagandize reserve for Ghana

Fr. Rudy Alumam is clergyman from a bishopric in Ghana, Africa, who is now portion as a Parochial Vicar during St. Irenaeus Church in Cypress, California.
In Jan of 2017, Fr. Rudy conducted a Ghana School Supplies Drive for dual weekends. He wanted to assistance yield students in his encampment of Vea with propagandize reserve so that they would have a collection they indispensable to urge their education. Parishioners of St. Irenaeus responded easily and impressed Fr. Rudy with 80 boxes of donations filled with especially a notebooks, pens, pencils, crayons, systematic calculators, summer clothes, shoes, backpacks and soccer balls that he requested.
Trucking and shipping
After all a reserve were collected, a 80 boxes filled with donations from a parishioners weighed a sum of 3,500 pounds and had to be sent by lorry to Oakland. Parishioners Dave and Dawn Gallagher offering to put all a boxes on shipping pallets and trucked a boxes from Cypress to Oakland, California.
Other parishioners donated supports to compensate for shipping all a boxes from Oakland to his encampment of Vea in Ghana, including 450 miles of belligerent travel during a cost of approximately $2,500.

Fr. Rudy Alumam came to St. Irenaeus Parish in Cypress in Jul of 2015 by a special partnership with his bishopric in Ghana and a Diocese of Orange.
