The winning bidder will be awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement with a set section cost per item, a cost roof of $130,000 (or equivalent) and 3 months duration of opening starting from a date of signing a BPA, a sweeping Purchase Agreement will end whenever one of a dual boundary is reached.
