Donation perceived for North Baltimore propagandize supplies

NORTH BALTIMORE — For a ninth uninterrupted year, an unknown donor will assistance compensate for propagandize reserve used by students during Powell Elementary School, a North Baltimore propagandize house announced Tuesday.
