Do Art Teachers Spend More Out-Of-Pocket On School Supplies Than Other Teachers?

It’s no tip that teachers spend income out of their possess pockets for their students’ propagandize supplies, classroom decorations, or additional activities. But do art teachers spend some-more than other teachers on such expenses?
According to ABC News, a new consult by a National School Supply and Equipment Association found that teachers compensate for 77 percent of a propagandize reserve indispensable in their classrooms.

Some art teachers are arguing that they spend some-more than a normal teacher, according to an NPR report.
Ramon C. Cortines School of Visual and Performing Arts song clergyman Desiree Fowler told NPR that she’s forsaken about $500, and a propagandize year is still new.

“I don’t like spending time or appetite articulate about how we don’t have things,” she said. “I’d most rather only supply it for a kids.”

SheerID and Agile Education Marketing expelled their annual survey in Aug 2015 and found that for a second year in a row, a normal volume of income that teachers spent on their possess for their classrooms was about $500.
