Cuyahoga County collecting back-to-school reserve for encourage kids in need

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services is collecting propagandize reserve for children in a county’s care.

The donations are being solicited forward of a county’s annual back-to-school apparatus satisfactory and trek giveaway on Aug. 7.

“Many of these children and families do not have entrance to a required propagandize reserve for a arriving propagandize year,” said Health and Human Services Director Walter Parfejewiec.

Last year, about 900 backpacks were filled with propagandize supplies. They were donated to children from a some 5,000 families concerned in a county’s encourage care, reciprocity caring or in-home services programs.

“We are seeking we to partner with us,” County Executive Armond Budish said. “These are not only a children, they are yours too. They live where we live, they attend propagandize with your children, and they play in a same sports leagues.”

Suggested equipment to donate: Elmer’s glue sticks and bottles, blunt scissors, 12-inch cosmetic rulers, pencils, red, blue and black pens, unchanging and pencil-cap erasers, pencil pouches, crayons, washable thick markers, colored pencils, highlighters, slot folders, wide- and college-ruled paper and turn notebooks.
