BROKEN ARROW — Fifth-grader Matthew Perez and his small sister, Natalie, couldn’t wait to get their hands on their new backpacks and propagandize reserve Wednesday.

“I’m prepared to go behind to propagandize and accommodate my friends again and my new teacher,” Matthew said.
