As any tyro walks out a doorway with their supplies, they will accept an apple from a H-E-B Grocery store.

Volunteers from a Cleburne Lions Club will give students giveaway prophesy screenings. The Lions partner with Cleburne Eye Clinic, that will have dual technicians on site, and a Cataract and Eye Center will yield a medicine for exams.

“We are happy to be means to yield this use for a community,” Lions President Jeremy Longoria said. “Eye steer charge is a Lions’ No. 1 priority.”

Last year, 101 children perceived eye exams and 40 children perceived eyeglasses by a program, Packwood said.
